By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
Permission is granted to temporarily access the IAIso simulation engine for personal or internal business evaluation. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not modify, copy, or attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the IAIso platform.
The 'AI Control Simulator' and 'Forecast' tools are predictive models based on probabilistic algorithms. IAIso makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of specific future predictions generated by the engine.
The underlying algorithms, visual design, and software architecture remain the exclusive property of IAIso. User-generated inputs remain the property of the user.
In no event shall IAIso be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IAIso operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
